Whinfield is a comfortable country home with spectacular
river views. Our accommodation offers two ensuite
rooms in a separate cottage in the garden. Enjoy breakfast on
the terrace of the main house and then have a game of chess
on the outdoor board or stroll down to the river to fish or
walk along the bank, past vineyards and deer farms.
We are only five minutes away from excellent restaurants and
shops in Taradale and 5 minutes from the golf course. The Art
Deco attractions of Napier are just 20 minutes away. We are
happy to help plan your activities . At the end of the day, join
us for a glass of wine and some home-grown olives.
We are retired farmers grazing a few cattle and have chooks
and a cat.
