for its fantastic trout fishing, The Stream
Estate Cottage offers total privacy within the
vineyard. From the front patio, surrounded by
vines and the natural fast flowing spring, the views are breathtaking.
The Stream Estate Cottage is self-contained and well appointed
with separate lounge, dining and kitchen area, featuring a large
open fire and double doors which open onto the front patio from
the lounge and main bedroom. Two double bedrooms, plus a
shared ensuite complete the cottage. Being very centrally located
on the Rapaura Road, the ‘Golden Mile’ of the Marlborough wine
industry, The Stream Estate Cottage is within ten minutes of most
wineries, restaurants and the town centre of Blenheim.

DIRECTIONS:
From Picton (SH 1), take Rapaura Road towards Nelson. From Nelson (SH 6) turn left into Rapaura Road, immediately after Main Wairau River Bridge.
