Situated beside the beautiful Maitai River, our charming
Victorian family home has retained its original character
and ambience. It is only minutes walk from central Nelson’s
award-winning restaurants and cafés, the Queen’s Gardens, Suter
Art Gallery, Botanical Hill (The Centre of New Zealand) and
numerous river and bush walks. The five sunny bedrooms all
have TV and are spacious and tastefully decorated. All rooms have
access to the verandah and complimentary tea and coffee facilities
are provided. Breakfast includes fresh and preserved fruits, homemade
bread, hot croissants, home-made yoghurt, cheeses and a
large variety of cereals. Our facilities include: a wheelchair suite,
free email/Internet station, fax, laundry and complimentary port.
We speak French, having lived for 25 years in New Caledonia.
