helpful personal hospitality! Our unusual
multi-level open plan character home
(built1960) is in the suburb of Ngaio. Guests
may leave their car here and take the train to
CBD (10 min). Our double room has tea/
coffee facilities, quality bedding, tiled ensuite
and French doors opening onto a deck and private “jungle” garden. Breakfast
is continental. Evening meals an optional extra. Adjacent to our property,
two self-contained apartments, one with queen bed, one with twin beds, are
comfortable, convenient, tastefully furnished and recently redecorated. Each
apartment has a couch with a fold out bed in lounge, fully equipped kitchen, shower, bath, laundry
facilities, cable television, telephone and internet (small fee). Perfect for relocating or longer stays. Weekly
tariff offered. There is a large garden with trees, birds and views. Jennifer plays harp at home and live
piano music daily in NZ’s top department store. Compliment from guest “This is a home where there
