Marja and Peter would like to welcome you to Leithview, a forty
acre lifestyle property five minutes from the centre of Dunedin.
Our five year old home is nestled
on the northern slopes of the Leith
Valley. All bedrooms have a northerly
aspect and their own private decks
looking out over extensive gardens
and native bush, including 200 year
old rimus and totara trees. We have
also just developed a self-contained flat with separate queen bedroom
and two singles in the lounge. Your own bathroom with spa-bath
and kitchen facilities complete the picture. Stroll around the property
with our retired sheepdog and the two cats, then relax in the outdoor
spa pool. The room rate includes a generous cooked or continental
breakfast. These are subject to generous discounts during our off-peak
season from April 1st to September 30th. We have the internet available
and there is a bus stop at the bottom of our driveway.

Once you reach our letterbox, follow the gravel drive
for 500m past the Leithview sign up the hill.
