“Countryside beauty next to the city …”
Experience warm New Zealand hospitality amid panoramic
omountain and sea views. Highland Peaks is a new luxury lodge
centrally located between the city and the airport. Built from natural
stone and timber to a modern ecological design, our guest suites
offer really comfortable large beds, spa baths and views. You can walk
through 21 acres of private country grounds and native forest and
experience tranquility and birdsong. Enjoy a hydrotherapy massage
in the spa pool under the stars, relax on the extensive sundecks,
spacious guest lounges, or in front of a big log fire. Dinner, featuring
New Zealand cuisine and fine wines, is available by arrangement.
Peter, a former director of NZ’s National Trust, can advise, or
personally guide you on conservation eco-tours. You can also meet
friendly sheep, CJ the cat and Bud the lovable Newfoundland.
We love traveling ourselves and look forward to meeting you.
