Helen’s B&B is situated on a long, sandy beach 55 minutes drive
on SH1 north of Wellington city and the Inter-Island ferry. With
spectactular views of Kapiti Island, and the Tararua mountains,
you will find this the perfect location to relax and unwind in her
comfortable open-plan home by the sea. At night, marvel at the
brightest stars you have ever seen, and at bed-time drift off to sleep
to the sounds of the ocean. Sheer magic! In the morning, either
before or after tucking into a delicious breakfast, enjoy a leisurely
walk on the beach. Don’t be disappointed - plan to stay at least two
nights! For more info and suggestions of what to do and see on the
Kapiti Coast, visit her website www.waikanaebeachbandb.net.
Guests comments... “A lovely home in beautiful surrounds. Wonderful
home cooking and fantastic warm hospitality. Made us feel completely
at home” B & M Nickless. “Helen’s warm and friendly attitude
combined with her attention to detail made this one of the most
memorable B&B’s I have ever stayed in. One night is simply not
enough!”. Derek Bryan
DIRECTIONS:
On SH1, travelling north from Wellington, after crossing the Waikanae Bridge, turn left into Te Moana Rd . Follow road down, keep left where road splits. Upon reaching T-intersection at end of the road, turn left into Tutere St.
