Our modern, award-winning homestay is spectacularly
sited on a hilltop with panoramic river valley and ocean
views. Enjoy tranquility and beauty when you stay in tastefully
furnished bedrooms, two with ensuites. Explore the 5-acre
garden and small farm. Feed sheep and alpacas, stroll through
the forest or along the river, or play a round on our private
9-hole golf course. After a day of exploring the delights of the area, join us for a threecourse
dinner with wine. We are very keen gardeners.
After a lifetime in large-scale farming and forestry, before retiring to this 100 acre
property, we now relish the opportunity to share our lifestyle with guests. Our adult
family all live overseas so we travel frequently and have a great interest in other countries
and cultures. An overnight stay is not enough to do justice to this area, so plan
to stay a while! We don’t mind short notice!
