Jacque and Brian invite you to their home which adjoins 13 acres of rural land surrounded by Westland National Park. We are situated 1km off State Highway 6, just 7km north of the Franz Josef township. If you are looking for a peaceful setting to unwind, then this is the place for you. Brian is a helicopter pilot and you can do your scenic flight from your doorstep at your leisure. We also offer guided hunting and fishing tours. We enjoy meeting people and look forward to sharing our West Coast hospitality with you. Franz Josef Alpine Lodge is home to amazing native birdlife and in close proximity to Lake Mapourika and Lake Pratt.
