Peter and Chris Stewart offer you a warm welcome to
their home in Turangi, a small town at the southern end
of Lake Taupo, where you can ‘get away from it all’. Founders at Turangi is new and
purpose built to ensure you a comfortable, relaxed base from which to visit the volcanoes
of Tongariro National Park or flyfish nearby rivers.
We are close to Lake Taupo, where you can sit in a quiet
bay and enjoy the beauty, swim, sail, water ski or cruise.
Breakfast in our sunny dining room is a good start to each
morning as you set out to explore the unique magic that is
the North Island’s Central Plateau. Stroll to dinner at good
local restaurants each evening.
