We warmly welcome you to Crown Lea, our 900 acre
sheep, cattle and deer working farm, offering an
informative farm tour and sheep dogs working, after 6pm,
with spectacular views of Lake Manapouri, the Fiordland
Mountains and Te Anau Basin. Following the farm tour, a
traditional farmstyle dinner (NZ $40 per person) of home
grown produce is served. Our large, modern family home has three bedrooms for guests,
electric blankets on all beds, heaters in each room, ensuite and private bathrooms. Crown
Lea is within easy access of Doubtful and Milford Sounds, the glow worm caves, Milford
and Kepler tracks or the superb fishing rivers in our area. We recommend at least two
nights to enable relaxing days enjoying the Sounds, caves, tracks, sightseeing or fishing.
Having travelled ourselves, we enjoy meeting guests from all parts of the world and we
and Harriet, our cat, look forward to meeting you.
