Appledale Cottage is an English summer house, which
is nestled amongst trees and cottage gardens. We have
Boutique Bed & Breakfast rooms and in addition our fully
self-contained cottage with old-world, charming yesteryear
furniture and romantic atmosphere for you. What we have
to offer to you is your hosts, Bruce and Justine, who are well
travelled and enjoy meeting new people. Your comfort and
experience whilst in Rotorua is our top priority. We offer
complimentarty nibbles and drinks upon arrival and serve
a sumptuous, fully cooked breakfast, prepared by a gourmet
cook. We are happy to assist with bookings and information
